Welcome to Kenya! – Karibu Kenya!

You shall arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where upon arrival, you will be welcomed and met by our representative and chauffeured to your hotel in Nairobi. Your 1 night stay at Hemingways Nairobi is on half board basis and drinks (excluding premium drinks). Overnight at Hemingways hotel.

Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

Breakfast at Hemingways Nairobi. Check-out and transfer to Wilson Airport Nairobi, gateway to the flying safaris in Kenya. Time to board the Executive Grand Caravan. Your will now take to the Air! Flight to Amboseli National Park. After a scenic 45 minutes flight, you will land in the middle of the Park, where the team from Tortilis Camp will warmly welcome you. Enjoy your first game drive en-route to the camp, where you will arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Your stay at Tortilis Camp is for 2 nights in an en-suite Safari Tent, and is on all-inclusive basis (includes all meals, bush activities and drinks – excluding premium drinks). Overnight at Tortilis Luxury Camp.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park

Rise early to watch the African plains game wake up on a game drive and stop for a bush breakfast. Hot lunch will be served at the lodge. If you feel like stretching your legs and seeing the wilderness from a different perspective this afternoon there is a walking safari. Alternatively you can have another game drive, with both activities culminating in cocktails watching the sunset, before returning to camp for dinner. Overnight at  Tortilis Camp.

Day 3: Amboseli National Park – Meru National Park

Rise early for a game drive, back in time to the lodge for breakfast. Check out, and transfer back to the Amboseli airstrip. The plane will now take you to Meru National Park located in the region of Mount Kenya. The Elsa’s Kopje Team will welcome you and you will be transferred to the Lodge, where lunch will be served. You will be offered a massage for pure relaxation, or alternatively go on a game drive.  Dinner and overnight at the Lodge. Your stay at Elsa’s Kopje is for 2 nights in a Cottage Suite, and is on all-inclusive basis (includes all meals, bush activities and drinks – excluding premium drinks). Overnight at Elsa’s Kopje.

Day 4 : Meru National Park

Your best chance of spotting game is early in the morning or late afternoon, so rise early and head off into the wilderness. After a morning filled with excitement return to the lodge to relax and to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Explore more of Meru National Park on a game drive with sundowner drinks served overlooking the park, before returning to the lodge in time for dinner. Overnight at  Elsa’s Kopje.

Day 5: Meru National Park- Masai Mara Game Reserve

Enjoy a brisk nature walk and enjoy the views from up the hill which forms the Kopje (or small rocky outcrop) that Elsa’s is built on. Enjoy the rest of the morning at leisure before lunch will be served overlooking Meru National Park. Your Safari pilot will be waiting to take you on a 90-minute flight to the world famous Masai Mara where you land in the middle of the reserve. The Sand River Masai Mara Team will welcome you at the Keekorok airstrip. You will be transferred to the camp with a game drive en- route. Dinner and overnight at the Camp. Your stay at Sand River Masai Mara is for 2 nights in a Luxurious Safari Tent, and is on all-inclusive basis (includes all meals, bush activities and drinks – excluding premium drinks). Overnight at Sand River Masai Mara.

Day 6: Masai Mara Game Reserve

Early breakfast followed by a full day of game viewing in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. A picnic hamper lunch will be served out in the wilds. Stop at an authentic Masai Village to interact and learn about the customs and culture of this colorful tribe. Back to the Camp for a Farewell Dinner. Overnight at Sand River Masai Mara.

Day 7: Masai Mara- Nairobi- Depart

Bush breakfast followed by game drive, back to Camp for lunch. Mid afternoon, you will be transferred back to the Keekorok airstrip for your flight at 16:00 to Wilson Airport Nairobi. Our Representative will welcome you upon arrival. You will be chauffeured to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and hotel for a day room and dinner. After dinner transfer to the airport in time for your outbound flight. End of our service. Departure.

*Provisional Bookings

Provisional bookings will be held as indicated below. In the event that Nature’s Wonderland Safari receives a reservation request that requires the booking being held by the AGENT on a provisional basis, make a 30% deposit within 48 hours against the space held in order to secure it.

Bookings held provisionally will be released automatically on expiry. Please note that in times of high demand we reserves the right to shorten the provisional expiry period.

* Confirmation of Booking

A booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment or an email from the client, travel agent or tour operator. Please ensure the booking contains the following information:

1. Property you wish to book (specify if family tent, house, cottage, etc.)
2. Date and time of arrival and departure
3. Mode of arrival and departure (if international indicate your flight name and number if available by the time of booking.
4. Number of pax., rooming list and configuration (# of doubles, twins, singles, etc)
5. Names of clients, their ages and especially of any children in the group.
6. Any special requirements
7. Nationality of Clients

Once a confirmed booking has been received, we will ‘CONFIRM’ and an email will be sent back. On receipt, please double check details.  Any further amendments or cancellations should follow the same procedure.”

*Payment & Deposit Policy

Bookings must be secured by a 30% deposit within 48 hours upon confirmation with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings not secured by the appropriate deposit may be released without prior notification.

*Release Periods & Cancellation Policies for Confirmed Bookings

-Between the booking date & 46 days prior to arrival——-20 % cancellation charges

-Between 45 & 21 days prior to arrival————————50 % cancellation charges

-Within 20 days to date of arrival—————————–100 % cancellation charges

*Group Bookings Payment & Cancellation Policies

-25% non-refundable deposit 14 days after confirmation

-60% payments due and 60% cancellation fees apply 120 days before travel

-100% payment due and 100% cancellation fees apply 60 days before travel

*Refunds

Whilst the company uses its best endeavors to ensure that all anticipated accommodation is available as planned, there shall be no claim whatsoever against the company for a refund either in whole or a part, if any accommodation or excursion is unavailable, or the passenger was unable to use this service.

*Variation

The contractual terms mentioned in this agreement are subject to change without notice; however, every effort will be made to maintain them. In the event of a change in rates offered by Third Part Suppliers and/or a change in Government Taxes or Levies affecting the rates or terms mentioned herein, we reserve the right to pass on any increases to the client or the Agent.

Rates are inclusive of current taxes, except for Tourism Development Levy, Zanzibar Infrastructure Levy and Park Fees.
